As much as we love our clients, we have a strict no refund policy in order to protect our Artists. Our rules go as follows. 

You forfeit your deposit if you don't give a 24 hour notice to reschedule, no show to your appointment, or inappropriately harass an artist in any way, shape or form.

We do not give refunds on deposits or tattoos for any reason, unless an artist decides otherwise. If an artist has to reschedule, and you say "no" to rescheduling, you forfeit your deposit. Artists have lives too, get sick, and are human. You must be ready to reschedule in the event an artist does need to reschedule. You will not forfeit your deposit if an artist reschedules you, but you will need to reschedule or keep your deposit on file and not forfeit it. If you can't reschedule at that exact moment, we can keep your deposit on file with the artist until, you can reschedule. If you are leaving the state for any reason, this does not allow you to get your deposit back, nor does pregnancy, or medical reasoning, or any reason of any sort. You are responsible for allocating enough time to get your tattoo before leaving and understand you are taking the chance that something may come up before that causing your appointment to be moved. You are allowed 1 free reschedule with a 24 hour notice. Anything beyond that, we will keep your deposit and another is required for another appointment. Deposits, and Tattoos are not refundable for any reason. Yes we know, we repeat this many times. We hope you understand, and we do appreciate your business, but also please be respectful to Artists and their time..
